A new website has been created in America for people who are going through a divorce and don't know what to do with the unwanted possession from their marriage (that really meaningful pair of champagne flutes, or the beautiful fruit bowl that just reminds you of him . Well, on mydivorcesales you can get rid of it all - buy, sell or trade cameras, appliances, antiques, whatever! And while you're at it you can blog about your experience. It's like ebay but with all the divorce support too.
We wonder when someone will start something like this in the UK?

Well if he/she is out of your lives then just chuck those things give it charity or a good cause. There is no meaning of all those valuables..all that is secondary..Primary was what you got rid of in the first place..why think of materialistic things?!!

Sonya, thank you for commenting...I agree with you that donating things would be good choice in some cases. Unfortunately, getting divorced can be EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE...and with divorcees selling big ticket and even small ticket items can help pay off those legal - attorney fees. This would be beneficial to the divorced.

Id put all items i want to sell on ebay and not say nowt to the ex. I dont want them around to remind me of him but i wanna make some money to buy new.
